RACE 1 - UNITED FRONT (5) is racing well having finished second last time out over 1690m at Ipswich, making it four minor placings in a row. Has a solid record at this journey. Deserves a win and this could be his chance. FREE CARRY (2) was solid on debut last time out when he kept chasing for fourth at this course. Hails from a leading yard and with improvement likely could measure up. YEAH COPY (7) fought on well and wasn't beaten far when placed last time. Go well again. JOHN'S ROAD (6) could be a big improver up in trip at start number two.

RACE 2 - SPRUCE (13) is a daughter of Pariah on debut for leading trainer Tony Gollan. She is a half sister to stakes winner Westport and has shown ability at the trials, winning her latest outing at Doomben. That could have her ready to kick off with a win. BARELLO (1) wasn't far from the placings in two city runs at the maiden campaign. Likely to have developed with maturity and has been readied for his return with two trials. BRIGHT BLONDE (7) was an improver at her second start when closing for fourth at this track and trip. She is open to further progression. COMMANDORO (2) was a beaten favourite on debut but did a fair job, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in fourth over 1000m at Sunshine Coast. Open to sharp improvement.

RACE 3 - BIG DEMEANOR (1) gave a good sight first up when he led and stuck on over 1200m at Ipswich, beaten less than a length into fourth. Has switched to the Gollan yard since and has trialled well. Maloney goes on and he draws to get the favours. Stablemate RISE ANGELOU (15) hasn't raced since finishing 0.8L away at Ipswich over 1200m five weeks ago but was kept ticking over with a recent trial at Doomben. Blinkers go on. One of the contenders. MISS MIRIAM (10) found the line well to grab third on debut over 1000m at Sunshine Coast. Improver with a solid chance. WINNING EDITION (14) debuts for the Heathcote barn off a close second in a Doomben trial. Draws well so can measure up.

RACE 4 - BLAKMAX (1) is ready to win again having placed in his three starts at this course since an Eagle Farm win. Maloney goes back on. Reliable so can go close in what looks a winnable assignment. SABALENKA (15) made an encouraging return when chasing well for second last time over 1200m at this track. Will trim down second-up. Likely improver with strong claims. WOWIT'S WILLYWONKA (9) had been racing consistently before landing a well-deserved win last time at Toowoomba when leading throughout. Can give a sight again. HECTOR DE MARIS (13) won his only visit to this track and has trialled well so keep safe fresh.

RACE 5 - ARISPHERE (6) is a daughter of Exosphere on debut for leading trainer Tony Gollan. Her dam has already produced nine winners and she showed ability in winning a recent trial at Doomed. Orman goes on. She could kick off with a win. IMPENDOR (2) has been runner up in both starts to date. Knuckled down strongly to get within a head of the winner at this track and trip last start. Maloney sticks. Looks tough to beat. LENNIC (7) is a two-start maiden who placed on debut then stuck on for fourth last start at Ipswich. Go well. SMART RECOGNITION (4) improved to place second up and could progress again.

RACE 6 - SACRED MISSION (3) went forward when resuming last start over 1350m at Ipswich and held on well for second, beaten a head. He'll be fitter for that and is suited up in distance. Right in contention. Group 3 placegetter ZAHER (2) comes back in grade on the last attempt and was close-up in his other three runs this time in. Among the chances. HALLSIDE MARTINI (12) has produced two nice efforts since an easy Sunshine Cast win. Go well again. MOKTAFFY (4) put the writing on the wall when closing for second last time and could be ready to peak.

RACE 7 - BEZIQUE (12) was quickly into stride when resuming over 1050m at this track last time and kept going to score by 3 lengths. Progressive mare clearly back in good order. Looks well placed to salute again. DAYTONA (8) has had more than a month off but has been kept ticking over with a trial win. Races well at this distance so can make an impact. O'MISS BEHAVING (13) was racing well last time in. Has a decent fresh record and has been readied with a solid trial. AIR MARSHAL (2) should find this easier than the last attempt and had recorded a string of top-two finishes before that. Respect.

RACE 8 - REPHRASE (8) is promising. Kicked off her career with a poly win then chased well for a close second last time at this track. Will appreciate the drop in the weights and Maloney sticks. Has winning claims. SNOW BOUM (12) has been close to the placegetters in both runs since a spell and should be hitting her peak third up so could be dangerous. DRIALLE (2) broke the maiden last time out in his second run for this stable. Could go on with it. VOLCANIC LOVE (7) has yet to miss a place. Has upside and can progress off the fresh placing.
