RACE 1 - SIENA WOLF (11) brings two placed efforts and was a short-priced favourite at Hobart last time. Goes well here and has been freshened. She can go one better. GEE GEES BROTHER (1) resumed her in good order and has more up the sleeve. Fitter and is ready to break through. SH'BOURNE GLORY (10) led and missed a whisker here making sharp improvement. Fitter again and would be a chance holding that form. TIMMY TWO SOX (4) resumed here off a long break beaten a whisker. That stacks up and he's sure to have come on. A chance with average luck from the awkward gate.

RACE 2 - SPECIALIZED (10) was good on debut and then led as favourite beaten 1.4L. Fitter again and draws better. She can go one better. FOREIGN LEGION (1) improved missing a whisker on the same day. Needs a good ride but will be in the finish holding that form. MISS PRIVATE (8) is running out of chances but keeps racing well and will be around the mark with luck in the run. RICH GLOW (2) also draws awkwardly but he's been around the mark and can get some of the money.

RACE 3 - DYNAMIC DEEL (1) has the gate speed to clear the awkward gate and brings a tidy Maiden win. He'd switched from a Victorian yard and the mile will be right up his alley. Gets Pires today and with average luck can go one better. YELLOW ROCK (12) was good on the Ballarat synthetic and was good here following for the new stable. He will be better for that and is a winning chance over the longer distance. MISS VIVACE (7) won the Maiden by a space here over this trip and then was cruelled by a wide gate. Expect her to settle closer today and has been kept on the fresh side. LITTLE SAL (6) improved sharply winning her Maiden. That stacks up but the longer journey is a slight niggle.

RACE 4 - PASHEONA (5) is a former Victorian who has switched to the Trinder yard. She has trialled 2x sharply and is good enough at best. Has the rail and looks ready to go. MISS KEEDS (9) went close here second-up in a 64. Was back to her best in that and will be fitter again. Maps well and is a winning chance. MISS DAVISAND (2) led and won on the turf on debut and resumed here with a 1L defeat. That was a tough effort and she can keep building. CAPTAIN CAM (1) won his Maiden first-up and will improve off that. Maps well and the 2kg claim is handy. ZUNI (3) resumes and just missed on the turf on debut. Draws out but has been well trialled and keep safe.

RACE 5 - EASTCOAST MISS (8) won the 62 first-up and is proven second-up. She has more up her sleeve and maps well Keeps the 3kg claim and can go on with it. CHICANE (7) placed in a 62 quickly back to form. Raced favourite in that and draws an inside gate today. Peaks and will get every chance to make amends. BAO BUN (3) was well beaten seeking the hat-trick in stronger grade. The wins prior stack up and this suits better. Has a handy 2kg claim today but needs a good ride. A WEE NIP (9) resumes and has been well-trialled for the return. Will race over further and should be getting busy late.

RACE 6 - LI'L HAIL MARY (10) just missed at Hobart this trip and then came back to a sprint beaten a whisker. Pires goes on for the 3kg apprentice and will likely push forward. Peaks and back up to the mile she can go one better. BRAZEN IMPACT (5) led and just missed the hat trick over 1880m. She can skipm over and ride the pace and is also a winning chance. ALPINE AFFAIR (1) has won and placed his last two on the turf. Races well here and the 2kg claim brings him right into it. ALPINE BLAST (4) was back to his best winning this grade over a sprint. Has a wide gate but should see out the extra metres.

RACE 7 - Competitive. ELMAJAY (12) led first up and delivered the 64. Brought decent form to that and has won a trial since. Maps for the run of the race and can go on with it. GEEGEES CITY BOY (2) deserved the CL1 win and it was a big effort from the back. He darws wide again but keeps the handy 2kg claim and can fight out the finish with average luck. RODRICK'S SECRET (8) is third-up and has more to give. Well weighted and is a chance if things go his way. POWER MAGNUM (5) would be a winning chance at best. Not sure the rials will suit but he's goof enough to keep onside.

RACE 8 - RUBICK'S AFFAIR (5) peaks and is threatening a win. She is still shy of her peaks and is suited in this line-up. ROCKIERRO (3) led and placed second-up and can build on that. Uses the rail and should go close. RALPH THE ROCKET (2) drew wide and needed the first up outing. He's proven second-up and his best is good enough. The longer sprint will suit. MUISCA (10) has a 3kg claim today and had been around the market before the plain effort last time. Gets in well and can go better.
