RACE 1 - The progressive JOKERS GRIN (2) looks ready for this grade, winning by 1.6L over this course and distance last time out in midweek company. The win does rate highly though and the form out of the race has been good. Looks to have plenty of talent and can bring up the hat-trick. TYCOON HARRY (1) won four on end before spelling back in March. He's won a trial leading into today's event with Gaerth on board and he sticks today. Should be able to find a handy spot in running and can resume in good order. CESSATION (4) returned in good order here 10 days ago and draws a much better gate this time around. She has plenty of upside and gets in lightly at the weights. Can build on the fresh effort and put herself in the finish. SEEYOUATTHESESSION (3) has trialled impressively in readiness for today and Chris Parnham hops on board first-up. Include. CHEEKY CHARLOTTE (5) ended her debut campaign on a sour note but did show plenty of class. Can return in good touch.

RACE 2 - SUPIDO EXPRESS (2) was beaten narrowly last start after crossing from a wide draw. He'll have to do the same again, but he gets Pike in the saddle this time around. Looks to have plenty of class about him and he'll take plenty of catching from up on the pace. BATTLE COMMANDER (1) wasn't disgraced behind Bustling in the Sires' in May and was put away following that effort. He's trialled well recently and if he can return in similar form, he'll be right in the finish. ALABAMA ELEGANCE (12) comes through that same trial where she beat Battle Commander on July 8. She jumped 18-1 on debut in a strong race, though had trialled well leading into that event. Should be better for the race experience and can make her presence felt. MASTERLY (7) trialled well on July 8, winning in quicker time than the Alabama Elegance trial. Can make a statement on debut. SCENIC GEORGE (3) is never far away and has to be included.

RACE 3 - VALDARENA (6) was just edged out over this course and distance 21 days ago in a $100k race. Back to this grade where she has run well previously, and she should be handy from an inside barrier. Racing well and has found a very suitable race. LOVA SESSION (8) is hard to knock on recent form, finishing 3L off the winner over 1800m most recently. Back to 1400m this time may be a niggle, but Pike sticking is a positive sign. Expected to be doing her best work late in the race. ADVANCED (4) finished behind Berbere last week over this course and distance and is on the quick turnaround. He should be close to the speed and if he runs up to what he did last start, he won't be far away. PROBITY (5) returned in good order a fortnight ago. Races well second-up and can be in the finish again. FEARLESS TALK (10) hasn't been far away of late and has to be included.

RACE 4 - KISSES FROM KELLY (3) was out-gunned last start over 2100m here following a big win as a well-backed favourite two starts ago. He meets that rival similarly here with that form superior. Drawing a little further out can suit and he can turn the tables today. TALLANGATTA (10) threw up a bad one most recently when well beaten on the 7-day back up. Suspect that may have been why and he faces a similar event this time around. Right down in the weights now, he can find the front and take plenty of catching. ANTIQUE MISS (1) beat Kisses From Kelly last start when mowing her down from the back. The form has been franked and Gaerth's 2kg claim comes in handy. Sure to be flashing home at the finish once more. GOD'S GARDEN (8) has form that ties in through Kisses From Kelly 21 days ago. Can be in the finish again. STRIKE NOW (2) is racing well and is not to be discounted.

RACE 5 - BEST MOOD (9) missed as favourite over this 1400m here last start as favourite and drops back in trip slightly. Pike remains in the saddle and he still has plenty of upside being just 7 starts into his career. May get back in the run but has the class to storm over the top of them late. THE GREAT HOYA (6) is hard to knock on recent performances, winning narrowly last time out over 1200m. This is tougher, but he maps for a lovely run and he's nicely weighted after Gaerth's claim. Can continue his strong run of form. OUTFIELD (2) is racing well of late, winning comfortably at the midweeks last start as favourite. He has the speed to get across from out wide and while he is 0/5 at the track, he comes through a strong race here two back. Can make his presence felt. MISS DRAKOVA (8) is never far away and has the be included.

RACE 6 - SENSESSIONAL (4) brought up back-to-back wins over this course and distance last time out, pulling away to win by 2.2L The form out of the race has already been franked and now he gets Pike in the saddle. Likely to get back but he can storm home over the top of them late. I DREAMED A DREAM (6) scored a good win over the mile at Pinjarra (S) last start in midweek company, saluting by 0.2L. He was strong in the Belmont Guineas before that, and he has versatility in his racing pattern. Right in the mix on his recent efforts. EMERALD TRADER (1) has been knocking on the door this campaign and draws a favourable alley for the first time this preparation. Derrick takes 2kg's off and his recent form reads well. Performs well on the fresh side and can make his mark. DARK LOOKS (9) just missed over 1650m here last start and that figure stacks up well in this field. ULTIMATE STYLE (5) can improve again out to the mile now.

RACE 7 - The feature of the day and PETROUCHKA (6) is clearly the one to beat. She's gone from strength-to-strength this campaign, winning the Oaks by 0.7L last start in a time much quicker than the boys. Pike remains in the saddle and if she can run up to her latest performance, she'll be winning again. ANTIQUE QUEEN (9) closed off strongly in the Oaks to only finish 1.3L off the winner there. Suspect she'll get back again from the wide alley, though the rise in trip is no problem. Watch for her doing her best work late. WEERAECHOUX (1) found one better in the Aquanita last start, beaten 1.1L. Chris Parnham remains in the saddle and he's drawn slightly better this time. Wouldn't surprise to see him improve again out in distance. CRUISE TO RIO (8) surprised in the Belmont Oaks when finishing 1.8L off Petrouchka. Rates well off that effort and won't be far away. LYRICAL ANGEL (7) should be in the finish if she can run up to her last start with the winkers going on.

RACE 8 - LEXINGTON CITY (1) bumped into a strong field last start when beaten 2.4L over this course and distance. He drops back in grade today and he draws ideally with Campbell's claim coming in handy. Can find the front once more and will take plenty of catching. UNDER INFLUENCE (14) rattled home to just miss over this track and trip at the midweeks last time out. He now draws brilliantly for Pike who takes the ride and drops in weight today. Rates highly off his latest effort and a repeat performance will see him hard to hold out. GINNIVAN (6) bolted in two back but just missed over this course and distance last time out, beaten in a photo. He can burn across from a wide alley and put himself bang on speed. Racing in fine form and won't be far away. SONGAA (11) resumes today after contesting some strong races at the end of last campaign. Has class and can return on a good note. BAYEZID (3) was outclassed in the Beaufine last week but this is a much better race for him.

RACE 9 - ICE PICK NICK (7) just missed last start when bumping into the exciting Rope Them In 49 days ago. He hasn't been sighted since with 5 winners coming out of that race from just 7 runners. Steve Parnham replaces the apprentice hoop, and a repeat effort will see him hard to beat. UPPER LIMITS (8) didn't have the best of luck last campaign when bumping into a few smart ones. He'll be fitter for two trials coming in and he does perform well fresh. The wide draw is a niggle, but a good tempo is expected, and he can be running over the top late. STORMCHASER (9) can build on a solid first-up effort and should relish the rise in trip. CAPITAL FLIGHT (5) is in the mix if he's at his best.
