RACE 1 - CORONA LAD (2) knuckled down strongly in the lane to score a barnstorming win last start at Geelong. This doesn't look too much tougher and the longer trip shouldn't bother. Kinder draw can have him settling closer to the action. Bold showing anticipated. CHOSEN MISS (6) chased gamely into the placing in testing conditions on the Parks surface last week. Drops back to a favourable trip on the short turnaround and holds plenty of intrigue. KIMMORLEY (4) was there to pounce when tackling a similar assignment last start but was one-paced. Out in trip with 35 days between runs. Treading carefully but the booking of Toeroek is a good push. LOTTAROC (1) has found winning form as he shoots for the hat-trick. Only up slightly in grade and at the weights. Have to take seriously. CROWN MINT (3) will appreciate the rise in trip and is aided again at the weights with the 2kg claimer sticking. Have to include in exotics.

RACE 2 - SACHEM (2) has been knocking on the door a long time. Again caught the eye last start when flashing home to just miss. Gun hoop Jamie Kah takes the ride. Expect to see the best of Sachem. POINTLESS PRAISE (3) was solid when resuming into fourth here last month but failed to follow it up at the latest when sent out favourite. Without any obvious excuses he was too bad to be true last start. Worth forgiving. SAINT MICHAEL (4) has been showing great tactical speed of late and can be considered a bit unlucky not to be boasting more wins to his name. Expecting him to charge forward again and give himself every chance. SOAMES (5) never looked likely last start when always well back. Drawn much kinder on the quick turnaround. Keep safe.

RACE 3 - AFRICAN PIONEER (1) has progressed through his grades nicely this campaign and is racing in red-hot form. This looks a bit tougher but he's drawn to get all the favours and is going way too good to ignore. AKITU (6) was a determined maiden winner at Cranbourne two back and then chased gamely into fourth at Geelong. Gets in well at the weights with the slight rise in grade and receives the services of leading rider Jake Toeroek. Right in the mix. Last-start winner CAPRICORN RIDGE (5) can be kept safe while EXALTED RUTH (3) can't be discounted third-up.

RACE 4 - SET TO PROPHET (6) stuck on gamely into the placings last start at Gawler. Strikes a similar assignment and is among the main hopes. FRANCE'S BOY (2) was denied narrowly resuming a winner on the Parks track in what has proven to be a good form race. Found it too tough last start when up in grade. Better placed this time. FLEURIEU FLIPPER (3) is ready to peak after two runs back and looks one of the chances. RESERVOIR DOG (7) scored over 1516m at Gawler two back then missed the frame last time out over 1700m at Gawler. Strong contender on best form and can atone.

RACE 5 - KINGSWOOD (2) was coming off a long break and never looked likely in his Australian debut at Caulfield but did make some late inroads in tight running room. Is sure to have come on with that run under the belt and will appreciate the longer trip. Toeroek piloting from a low draw reads favourably. Holds plenty of appeal. FAVOURITE CHILD (3) is in career-best form as she shoots for five straight. Up in grade now but she only needs to hold her form to be very competitive. Can't knock. BRAVE STAR (7) gets some nice weight off with the rise in grade and it looks like he will appreciate the extra journey. Could go either way from the inside pillar but he rates highly on best figures and is among the main hopes. MONTIGN (1) carries the top weight with the drop in grade. Useful type on his day. Keep in mind. SHAKESPEARE (6) fought hard to return a winner at Gawler. This is tougher but he warrants respect.

RACE 6 - BOOGNISH (6) is ready to make her return after taking out the G3 Proud Miss with a strong closing effort back in May. Shoulders a strong fresh record and gets the key booking of Jamie Kah from a favourable draw. The one to beat. Stablemate EXTREMELY LUCKY (2) returned in near career-best form when re-joining the stable last campaign after dropping away in Sydney. Was a barnstorming winner of the G3 John Hawkes over the track and trip launch last campaign. Rates highly on best figures and is the main danger. KEEP READING (4) was an impressive winner under the big weight to open the campaign on the Parks track back in May. Hasn't quite been able to go on with it but can get things back on track off a 35-day freshen. ASHFORD STREET (1) hasn't been able to threaten in his last two when tackling strong fields but is well placed in this line-up. Five-time winner over this trip and is among the main hopes. The resuming KARACASU (7) also warrants respect.

RACE 7 - BURNING BRIGHT (9) didn't have it go her way last start when having to lead up the second division and then was chopped out at a crucial stage of the race but picked up strongly late to get close to the winner. Meets a lot of these significantly better at the weights a week later with the 3kg claimer piloting. Drawn sticky but is versatile enough to manage. Bold showing anticipated. HARD PRINCE (2) carries great form-lines this campaign with a stack of winners around him. Drove hard to get the verdict three weeks ago and is drawn well with leading hoop in Toeroek sticking. Sure to be very competitive. Similar story for BONA FIDE STAR (4) who's proving quite consistent. Gets in light with the 3kg claimer engaged and is in the mix. A SAMURAI MIND (1) was far from his best fresh a fortnight ago and is much better placed over this journey. Last-start winner TIPSY VIXEN (7) is 2/2 over this journey and is another that has to be considered.

RACE 8 - ARABIAN SUMMER (14) returns off a 63-day let-up after taking out the 2YO Classic up at Doomben during their carnival. Gets in at the bottom of the weights as a 2yo filly and has proven versatile with where she can settle. Gets the slight nod with more recent racing. The highly touted KUROYANAGI (15) returns for the Clarken & O'Shea partnership and it's not hard to see why she's favourite after placing in G1 Blue Diamond Stakes. Also gets in at the bottom weight and gets the key booking of Jamie Kah from a middle draw. A lot to like and is sure to be featuring. AVIATRESS (8) came within a length of taking out the G3 Proud Miss Stakes back in May. Is 2/2 when resuming and is unbeaten over the track and trip. Flies the flag for the home defence. WHISTLEFIELD (5) didn't give her rivals a sniff when leading pillar-to-post at Caulfield four weeks ago. Expecting another bold sight for backers with Meech re-engaged. HAJRA (11) is a progressive type but might find this a bit too tough.

RACE 9 - KALASEC (2) has been an eye-catcher in his last two. Should be at his peak now fourth-up and has Toeroek sticking from a good draw. Expect him to take plenty of stitching. DESERT DANCING (14) warmed to her task nicely late without threatening a smart winner. Better again with another run under the belt and holds genuine claims. ZANTHRON (5) attracted plenty of late money last week but just got too far back with the leader off and gone, closing off solidly into second. Fitter third-up but is drawn sticky. Watch for him climbing over their backs late. MISLUDI (17) is fresh from a spell of five months. Undefeated in two first-up runs. Draws okay and should be thereabouts.
