Blinkers go on and expected to be in this for a long way. TOP SECRET (5) fitter after two career runs and expecting more after finishing sixth over 1500m at Kembla Grange on October 12. Further improved and can take a hand in the finish. THINK ROMANCE (6) two runs back have been encouraging and she has her hoof on the till. Finished third to the promising Powers Of Opal over 1600m at Hawkesbury on October 17. Will take running down.
RACE 2 - SHALAA GOLD (6) exciting Shalaa gelding resuming from a five-and-a-half-month break. Finished runner-up in both runs at Warwick Farm behind some handy types last May. Gelded over the break and has looked impressive in is two recent trials. Goes close from the inside gate. GUNROOM (3) showed good early speed on debut when a fighting second over 1000m at Hawkesbury in good time on October 17. Extra trip suits and the in-form Josh Parr keeps the ride. REVOLT (5) Colt by Russian Revolution out of Hot Summer Night on debut for the Ryan & Alexiou yard. Has looked handy in his trials leading into this. Can play a leading role. QUEEN OF A HAND (11) attacked the line late when resuming for her second prep with a solid second over 1000m at Goulburn on October 8. Fitter now and stays in the mix.
RACE 3 - STRAAND BEAUTY (1) four career runs have been full of merit, and he looks ready to shed his maiden status third up. Sat on the good tempo from the sticky gate when second over 1200m at Warwick Farm on October 16. Back in trip for this and no excuses in this easier contest. ENHANCE (6) another with his hoof on the till after placing in the minor money at both his runs this time in. Tried hard when sat on the speed to finish a fighting third over 1100m here on October 17. EMERY (7) well-supported on debut when a plugging sixth over 1100m at Hawkesbury on October 10. Further improved and she has genuine top three claims. YES MA (10) went out hard at first run back when a tiring sixth over 900m at Newcastle on October 5. Trained on the track and expecting more with the tongue tie added. Value chance.
RACE 4 - OBSCURE (5) progressive Godolphin filly back in grade and trip after fighting right to the line when third over 1300m at Hawkesbury in BM64 company on October 17. Drawn to stalk the good tempo and she looks like one of the main dangers. SHOUTABOUTIT (7) showed a stack of tenacity from the wide draw when a gritty on-pace maiden winner over 1100m at Hawkesbury last time out. Trained on the track and expected to go close again. HELLAINE (1) racing in a rich vein of form of late from outside gates. She won't know herself today from the soft barrier and has genuine top three prospects. PHENOM (6) lightly raced filly who returned in easier grade when a dominant on-pace victory over 1200m at Port Macquarie on October 11. Can take a hand in the finish.
RACE 5 - ZOUPRINCE (1) finished off strongly on resumption when fourth over 1100m at Warwick Farm in BM72 grade on October 7. Has excellent second-up figures and he looks the one to beat in this easier contest. HYDROMETER (2) improving gelding expected to hold a forward position from the good draw. Drifted back early before warming up late when second over 1100m at Hawkesbury first up on October 10. Reunited with the winning rider and he looks the main danger. LLEWELLYN (3) comes out of a strong Midway race after sitting on the speed when a gritty seventh behind Alabama State over 1400m at Rosehill on October 12. Back in trip today and look for him late from the sticky barrier. FULL METAL JACKET (9) sprouted wings at the second run back when a surprise head winner over 1300m at Kembla Grange on October 12. Further improved and can take a hand in the finish from the soft gate.
RACE 6 - REIGNING KING (1) racing in career best form and failed to make it three straight when up in class for a tiring eighth over 1000m at Eagle Farm in BM80 class on October 12. Goes well this track and trip and is expected to bounce back with the claim. PRINCESTON (6) has needed the two runs back and drops in trip and weight after disappointing second up when seventh over 1100m at Hawkesbury last start. Blinkers go on for the first time and best form will see her go close. LADY SHENANIGANS (7) tough gelding with his hoof on the till. Sat on the good speed from the low gate when a gritty fourth over 1100m at Hawkesbury on October 24. On the quick back up and not to be underestimated. DECISIVE LASS (4) is back after a break of four-and-a-half months after scoring a tough win with the 61.5kg over 1000m at Goulburn on June 21. Returns with two trials under the belt and she gets in light with the claim. Don't dismiss.
RACE 7 - CORMAC T (5) handy staying prospect fitter after two sound runs back. Up in trip and grade second up when a tenacious 2.25 lens seventh over 1800m at Randwick Kensington three weeks ago. Looks suited here with his racing style and he will relish Wadick's 2kg claim. Expected to go close. HOOLIGAN TOMMY (7) failed to make it three straight after disappointing as a firm ($1.90 fav) when no match for Fleet Commander, finishing second over 1800m at Hawkesbury last time out. Placed this track and has fitness on his side. OAKFIELD HAWK (6) progressive Dundeel gelding with the tidy record of three wins from 10 starts. Expect to see him race a little closer here from the inside gate and play a leading role. SILENT RUSSIAN (9) trained locally and showed fight at his first run over the 2000m when fourth at Hawkesbury on October 17. Has the potential to run into the minor money.
RACE 8 - PHYSICIST (4) lightly raced So You Think gelding who jumps quickly in trip second up. Finished off okay when eighth over 1400m at Warwick Farm on October 16. Undefeated second up and desperate for this trip now. Placed this track and will take holding out. SHE'S GOT VEUVE (9) only the one win from 14 starts and like the way she finished off first up behind Artful Persuasion when fourth over 1400m at Kembla Grange on October 12. Maps well again and is sure to be strong through the line. Goes close. MORE MISCHIEF (7) bounced back to winning form when leading throughout for a dominant victory over 1600m at Nowra on September 22. Races best with his runs spaced and goes well this track and trip. OAKFIELD WARATAH (1) his best form is over this course and distance and he will find this more to his liking. Fitter now after failing to sprint with them when ninth over 1400m at Rosehill in Midway grade on October 12. Maps well with the claim and has each-way claims.
