RACE 1 - RECIPROCAL (7) finds the maiden win elusive but has turned in some nice efforts. Wasn't able to threaten the subsequent Vic Derby winner in Goldrush Guru last start in the LR Smith Hill Stakes but doesn't face anything of the sorts this time. Drawn kinder and gets some weight off. The one to beat. AMBER NOOK (9) put the writing on the wall last start when beaten 0.5L at Strathalbyn. Cherry-ripe now and doesn't have to find much to take this out. RHINESTONE RORY (5) continues to knock on the door, adding another tight finish to his tally at the latest. Toeroek sticking is a positive. Don't underestimate. MCLEOD (3) is one to watch for charging late in the piece and can add some juice to the exotics.

RACE 2 - SAV ON ICE (5) was green as grass on debut here back in September but warmed nicely to his task late when knuckling down to finish fifth. Steps out an extra 100m off a 52-day break. Expect him to drift back from the draw and be charging hardest late. GINGER SINNER (2) has improved with each run under his belt in his maiden campaign. Peaking now and reunites with gun hoop in Toeroek from a favourable draw. Main danger. FLAMING EYES (9) is a Street Boss filly stepping out on debut for Andrew Clarken. Worked to the line nicely in a recent trial and is drawn to get the gun run. Can make a bright start. SOMEWHERE SOON (14) was an eye-catcher on debut at Balaklava. Draws to go back again but gets a key jockey switch in Holder taking over. Don't dismiss.

RACE 3 - KNIGHT DANCER (4) improved nicely second-up when chasing gamely into the placings behind what was an above-average maiden winner. Has more up his sleeve third-up and has in-form hoop Nunes sticking. Bold showing anticipated. BILLY BONES (1) knuckled down strongly to get very close to the winner here on debut last month. Kept fresh for this with a 31-day break. Big chance to go one better this time. LUNESSA (12) gave backers a bold sight on the Parks track last start before being reeled in late. Nearing peak now third-up and is drawn to advantage again. Should prove tough to catch. GOLD SPY (2) rattled home to just miss the winner when resuming at Gawler four weeks ago. Is another that has been kept fresh. Toeroek sticking is a good push for his chances.

RACE 4 - A TOUCH FROSTY (2) returns and generally goes well fresh. Will be looking for further the deeper into the prep he goes but this a great starting point. Expect him to drift back from the draw and be climbing over their backs late. ONE SKY ABOVE US (9) is yet to strike through this campaign but is knocking on the door. Cherry-ripe now and gets a key switch in Crowther piloting. Can give this a big shake. TRUMPTY DUMPTY (4) was sent straight back to the trials after a disappointing first-up performance. Was a sharp winner of the trial and has Toeroek sticking. Sharp improvement is anticipated. SADLER'S SONG (10) doesn't win out of turn but rates highly on best figures. Recent efforts stack up well for this.

RACE 5 - DIVINE FIRE (8) gave backers a bold sight last start over a longer trip at Strathalbyn but faded late into third. Better placed back in trip and has a hot-hand hoop in Opperman sticking. Leading player. STARTS NOW (6) improved sharply second-up when beaten under a length at Gawler. Has more to offer and is drawn favourably again for Toeroek. Big chance. COURS VITE (4) was a barnstorming winner last start over a longer trip. Goes up a notch but is worth respecting. PLAISIR (9) is another to look out for charging late. Next best.

RACE 6 - TEST THE LAW (4) bounced back off his disappointing run in the LR Murray Bridge Gold Cup with a barnstorming finish to just miss the frame in the Gawler Gold Cup last start. Will appreciate stepping out the extra 300m where he's already a track and trip winner. Hot-hand hoop in Opperman sticks and he can get the job done. AIR ASSAULT (1) couldn't go on with them last start when tackling the G3 Moonga Stakes at Caulfield but faces a much more suitable assignment this time. Is unbeaten over the track and trip will appreciate reuniting with Holder. Will be in this for a very long way. MIDNIGHT MASS (6) sets up perfectly for this off the back of two fast-finishing efforts. Peaking now and is expected to take plenty of stopping. SIR KINGSFORD (5) was poised to take out his hometown cup last start but was just one-paced in the lane. Willing to forgive on best figures and from the gun draw. BELTORO (2) best of the rest.

RACE 7 - Tough race. SWISS WISH (10) went better than the form reads last start when finishing eighth here 17 days ago. Rates highly on best figures and is drawn softly. Can make amends. JIMMYS EDGE (6) was much better last time at Balaklava when battling on gamely into the placings after leading them into the lane. Strips rock-hard fit and has enough early dash to offset the wide alley. Great chance to break a long run of outs. ALPHA FLIGHT (1) is knocking on the door. Should be hitting his peak now over a track he knows very well. Big danger. GILDED LADY (13) was an eye-catcher last start at Port Lincoln. Drawn kinder this time and deserves respect.

RACE 8 - TRES BELLE (7) stuck on soundly into a midfield finish when resuming here 10 days ago. Strips fitter as she steps out to a winning trip. Genuine hope. JILLADORA (2) came through a strong form race at Murray Bridge to narrowly miss at Penola. Drops back to a winning trip and gets help at the weights with the 3kg claimer engaged. Must take seriously. OUR SHINING STAR (6) could land in a trick spot from the draw but is expected take some stopping if close enough. Don't underestimate. LAPILLI (9) resumes and will be forward enough on the back of a solid trial win in readiness. No shock to see her in the finish.

RACE 9 - THE JOURNO (3) only got out late but won with a fair bit up his sleeve when resuming here 17 days ago. Is 1/1 second-up and will appreciate the rise in trip. In-form hoop Opperman sticks and there's no reason he can't repeat the dose. GIVE SOME LIP (4) warmed nicely to his task late when resuming into second here. Improvement to come second-up and is another that will be doing his best work late. THE GOLDEN FIST (11) carries strong form lines this campaign and is much better than the recent effort suggests. Don't dismiss. SHOOTOOSE (1) was solid fresh without threatening. Kept fresh for his second-up assignment and will appreciate the added trip. Inside draw is another bonus.
