RACE 1 - MAGNETIC PRINCE (1) was an eye-catcher last start at Horsham when flashing home to narrowly miss the frame. Strikes a much easier assignment this time and deserves to carry the top weight. Will appreciate the added trip and is the one to beat. IMPOSING SUSPECT (3) chased gamely into fourth when resuming in town last start. Is sure to have come on with that run under the belt and reunites with winning hoop. Main danger. CHIPSON (5) has warmed nicely to his task in his two runs back and the form around him holds up. Nearing peak now and is right in the mix. Similar story for WEST CLIFF (4) third-up. Don't underestimate.

RACE 2 - SEE DE NIGHT (8) made it three straight minor placings at the latest when charging home into the frame. Has found the maiden win elusive but gets another great chance to get off the mark. Wide alley the only knock. CAPE SIZE (1) went better than the form reads second-up when only beaten 1.4L at Gawler. Strips fitter on the short turnaround and there's no reason he can't find winning ways. DARK LAGER (3) was much better at the latest when a close second at Naracoorte. Is open to further improvement and is drawn to get the gun run. Don't take lightly. ISOTROPIC (13) only got going very late in the piece at his second start and did make inroads. Fitter again and is drawn kinder. In the mix.

RACE 3 - ESQUEL (11) gave backers a great sight on debut only to get nabbed on the line. Is sure to have come on with race experience and is drawn favourably again. Will take plenty of reeling in for her rivals. FRONTAL ATTACK (3) has been much better in his last two when taken forward and is knocking on the door. Kept on the fresh side with 54 days between runs and is expected to be in this for a long way. EMERALD REWARD (2) returns and looks to have come on nicely during his break off the back of a solid Naracoorte trial win. Blinkers stay on from trial. Can make a bright return. LOOK AT MEGO (12) was unwanted on debut at Warrnambool but should find this a fair bit easier. Draws well and can give this a shake.

RACE 4 - WE'VE GOTTA DEEL (6) has come close to notching up his second win on many occasions and finds another great chance to do so. Gets in low at the weights with the 3kg claimer engaged and only needs to hold his form to prove tough to stop. MOORAK MISS (8) has been knocking on the door for most of this preparation. Added another minor finish to the tally last start when beaten narrowly as favourite at Naracoorte. Blinkers come off first time and could prove the trick. DETORON (7) got off the mark in great style over a similar trip two back at Mildura. Not as effective last start when firm in the market but deserves respect. NAMADJI (5) wasn't far away second-up at Naracoorte when narrowly missing the frame. Should be nearing his peak now and gets a key switch with Opperman taking over. ALPINE ROCKET (1) was below his best last start over a longer trip but had been ticking along nicely prior. Can bounce back sharply.

RACE 5 - LASTAR (4) bounced back sharply at the latest when beaten a lip at Naracoorte. Gets weight off with the slight rise in grade and is drawn softly. Bold showing is anticipated. QUIK RHAPID (3) held favouritism fresh off the back of a smart trial win but was too bad to be true. Was coming off a long break and is sure to have taken improvement. Can turn things around. Similar story for DALE'S ROCKET (1) who was only sound when returning. Is capable of a much better showing with that run under the belt. DETNAW (2) returns and holds a solid fresh record. Has only missed the frame once over this track and trip from five attempts. Have to include from the low draw.

RACE 6 - OFCOURSE I WILL (7) improved sharply second-up when rattling home into the frame at Naracoorte. Nearing his peak now and will prove very tough to stave off. HASTA LA PRINCE (5) chased solidly into the frame when resuming at Penola. Strips fitter and relishes this trip. Have to take seriously. FIGHTING SWEET (9) returns and makes her stable debut for the Nell Carter yard. Worth noting she was in the placings when first-up from a spell last campaign at Penshurst. Worth some thought. THE PENSKE FILE (2) was well below his best fresh but is a likely improver. Keeping safe.

RACE 7 - SWISS WISH (6) couldn't live up to market expectations last time in town when below her best. Will appreciate the drop in grade and can make amends. FIRST TOSEN (4) returns and is 2/2 in the placings at this distance. The form around him last campaign measures up nicely for this and he is one of the key chances. OUR ELLIE ROSE (14) chased gamely to finish a length away from the winner at Naracoorte last start. Draws sticky but is in the mix. PINCHBECK (8) hasn't won for quite some time but is knocking on the door. Gets in well at the weights and deserves some thought.
