RACE 1 - The babies kick us off with a few facing the starter for the first time. Of the raced brigade CUDDLES FOR KIMMY (2) was an impressive Doomben debut winner before being a touch plain at the latest Eagle Farm effort. Gets the senior jockey on board now and should be going very close. LUVA FLUTTA (1) got the maiden out of the way at this track and trip last time out and will have derived a stack of confidence from that victory. Has been well in the market in both starts to date and where there's smoke there's fire. MADDIE'S COMET (7) looked handy placing on debut, draws low and gets 2kg off with the claim. Ticks a few boxes. FORMULA ROSSA (6) is at the races for the first time but has shown ability at the trials and hails from an astute barn. Respect any market moves. SHEMAKESMENERVOUS (8) just ran into one better at Ipswich and only needs some luck from the wide draw to earn a cheque.

RACE 2 - AERIAL DANCER (10) got back into the winners' list at Eagle Farm at the latest effort and is sure to have derived a stack of confidence from that victory. Has a win and a placing from two starts around this circuit and winning rider Stewart jumps back in the stirrups. No reason why she cannot salute again. EXOTIQUE MISS (1) was a touch disappointing last time out but go on the two solid placings to start the campaign. Draws the inside alley and gets 2kg off with the claim. Ticks a few boxes. BULLION BOY (5) has been racing consistently and looks ready for the step-up to the mile now. Nicely placed to feature. The well-related WAIRERE FALLS (3) (half to 4xG1 winner Sacred Falls) is usually thereabouts and is one for the exotics. INDY ROSE WARRIOR (11) next in line.

RACE 3 - It's hard to fault the form of I AM ARTIE (3) who has five wins and a second from six starts since joining the new stable. Grows a leg for Orman who has four victories from as many steers and is drawn to sit up on speed from the inside alley. Is sure to continue the rich vein of form. BEWS (5) looked good winning at Doomben when resuming and winning rider Collis stays on top. Again gets the benefit of his 2kg claim and can play a major role in the outcome again. OUR MAGNUS (8) is knocking on the door with three consecutive runner-up finishes this preparation. Can go one better against this lot. GOLDSBOROUGH (1) is a four-time winner around this circuit and will be at peak fitness for this. In the mix on best form.

RACE 4 - RASHFORD (8) has been just behind the placings at the past couple and looks to be building up to another victory. Gets the services of Orman on board to get across from the wide draw and has placed around this circuit. Should give a backers a sight. ICHIBAN (9) strips fitter third-up from the spell and gets some weight relief with the 1.5kg claim. Respect from the Waller barn. JEALOUS (16) has been right there in all four runs this preparation and does boast a victory around this circuit. A must for the exotics players. MISS CHENERY (11) is racing in a rich vein of form this campaign and winning hoop Mallyon sticks. Can play a role in the finish. THESECONDATPORTSEA (5) next in line.

RACE 5 - TRANSATLANTIC (9) returned from a spell with a close-up third at Eagle Farm and is sure to have come on with that run now in the locker. Has a win and two seconds from four attempts at the trip and gets the deadly Gollan/Jones combination. Rates a leading contender. MISS JOELENE (12) is a Queensland Oaks placegetter who will strip fitter second-up from the spell. Saves her best form for Orman and rates a genuine top-three candidate who should be hitting the line with gusto. OCEAN ZAR (13) has placed over this course and distance and is usually thereabouts. In the mix on best form. CASTILLIAN (4) will be rock-hard fit for this and cannot be underestimated.

RACE 6 - NAVAL TRADER (9) is a very honest campaigner who has only missed the top five once in 14 career starts and saves his best form for this seven-furlong journey. Is one from one over this track and trip and draws perfectly in gate three. Looks like the one they have to catch. REDFORD (12) hasn't done much wrong winning four of five starts to date and gets in well at the weights with the 2kg claim. Should give this a mighty shake. LARRIKIN ROGUE (15) strips fitter third-up from the spell and looks one for the multiples along with INVER PARK (7) who could be ready to peak third-up.

RACE 7 - APUNTAR (3) got the job done over this journey at Eagle Farm two back before just running into one better there last time out. Drawn to get a cosy run in transit from the inside alley and should be in this for a long way. Connections had such a high opinion of CAN'T RECALL ONE (2) that they raced him exclusively in Group 1 and 2 company when last in work. Revved up for this with two recent trials and a return to form would not surprise. MOON SWEEPER (8) was a solid Lismore winner on debut when well in the market. Where there's smoke there's fire and must be included in calculations. BEAU DAZZLER (1) best of the rest while fresh.

RACE 8 - KERCHAK (9) returned to the winners' stall in dominant fashion at Eagle Farm last time out and is building up a handy strike rate winning seven of 14 overall. Has two wins and a second from four attempts at this mile journey and winning hoop Collis sticks in the irons. Will prove very hard to toss. The well-related JUNIPAL (1) (half to 2xG1 winner Palentino) has hit a purple patch of form stringing two wins together on the bounce and is racing with a lot of confidence now. Has to be included in calculations. POETIC DRAMA (11) has a solid record around this circuit, yet to miss the top two in three outings. Top-three prospect. BROOKHAVEN (5) has a good second-up record with a win and two placings from four starts. Strips fitter now and can play a role in the outcome. THE DROVER (10) rounds out the selections in a wide-open affair.

RACE 9 - GOLDEN BOOM (4) is a model of consistency who has yet to miss the top five in 14 career starts and doesn't know how to put in a poor one. Is a two-time winner over this track and trip and should be right there when the judge calls a halt. NETTUNO (6) has won three from three over this course and distance and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Can run a big race while fresh. STEADY READY (5) saves his best form for this sprint journey and must be considered from the favourable draw. SHALAA'S MOMENT (9) wasn't too far off them in Group 3 company before the spell and should find this assignment easier. In the mix. ALL THAT PIZZAZZ (3) next best from the Gollan camp.

RACE 10 - BALASTIER (8) didn't measure up in Group 3 company before the spell but the dominant Ipswich victory the run prior was full of merit. Tuned up for this with a recent trial victory and must be respected from the Gollan camp. Can return in winning order. SHE OURS (14) didn't do much wrong with a win and a second from two starts in her first campaign and draws the inside marble with the claim. Can run a big race while fresh. GIN A TONIC (2) has only missed the top five once in seven career outings and has placed around this circuit. Definite top-three candidate. KAHLISEE (4) has won over this sprint journey and looks one for the multiples.
