RACE 1 - TAIPAN LEGEND (2) ten start maiden who will find this more to his liking from the good gate. Resumed in a Super Mdn with a fighting second over 1000m at Dubbo in good time on November 2. A repeat of that will see him go close. CRESTA RUN (6) attacked the line late on debut when an eye catching third over 1000m at this track in a tougher race. Strips fitter now and since fitted with a recent trial win over 1100m on November 13. Blinkers go on and no excuses from the draw. Strips fitter after two trials and expected to take a hand in the finish. REWARD'S DAUGHTER (9) resumes after having mixed luck in five career runs. Returns with two searching trials under the belt and expected to play a leading role.

RACE 2 - LE SOUCI (7) Sydney trained mare racing in career best form this time in. Set a good tempo early and found wanting late when third over 2200m at this track on October 25. Drops further in weight and expected to go close here. DON QUIXOTE (3) on the nine-day back-up after finding plenty late when second over 1900m at Armidale in similar company. Won over this trip and looks one of the leading players with the claim. NATURE BOY (4) tough old gelding who represents good each way value after holding on well with the 57kg to secure third over 1900m at Armidale on November 10. Backs up quickly and the extra trip suits. RAIDING (1) much better effort last time out with the big weight when second over 2200m at Dubbo on November 2. Tempo suits and look for him getting home late.

RACE 3 - DE LUCA (3) consistent mare who's returned much stronger this campaign. Kicked off her prep with a win two runs back, then attacked the line late when second over 1000m at Echuca on November 5. Well drawn again and she gets the gun run. QUICK SHARP (6) impressed on debut when a slick on pace victory over 1000m at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. Further improved now and she finds a fairly average contest here. PEARLS TREASURE (1) races well this track and trip and due for a change of luck. Solid effort from the wide draw when second over 1100m at this track on November 11. Stays in the mix from the low draw. SPECK (7) lightly raced mare resuming after winning well on debut three starts back. Came to the end of her prep when sixth over 1200m here on June 23. Back without a trial and gets her chance from the low draw.

RACE 4 - PIER PRESSURE (9) looks too good for these after resuming in BM78 class at Rosehill over 1300m when fifth behind Elettrica on November 2. Can stalk the good tempo and assert her authority here. BERTUS (11) only had the three career runs and ready for the 1600m today. Tired late when seventh over 1300m at Canberra on November 5. Drops in weight and the winkers go on. Each way. CALLIDUS (2) resumes here after creating a big impression on debut when leading throughout for a slick win as favourite over 1600m at Tamworth six-and-a-half months ago. Not asked to do much in two trials and looks a solid top three contender again from the draw. RELEASE POINT (6) hard fit for this and the blinkers come off today from the awkward draw. Can take a position early and finish in the placings.

RACE 5 - QUEEN OF A HAND (14) set to peak third up in this easier contest after holding on well when fourth over 1100m at Wyong on October 31. Extra trip suits from the inside gate and expected to take a hand in the finish. FLOODGATES (7) six start maiden who was three weeks between runs when a plodding sixth over 1100m at Wyong last time out. Distance suits and look for her doing her best work late. PARUNA (9) improving mare fitter after one run back when a tough on pace second over 1000m at Muswellbrook on November 5. Has upside and a repeat of latest will see her go close. CHURCHILL'S CHOICE (13) three-year-old filly by Churchill from She's Choice on debut for the Nathan Doyle stable. Has shown ability in all three trials and expected to perform strongly.

RACE 6 - IN SUMMER (5) smart The Autumn Sun mare who won well on debut last time in and fitter after one run back. Snagged back from the outside gate on resumption when a fast-finishing neck second over 1000m at Muswellbrook on November 3. Desperate for the extra trip and can finish over the top of these. Since fitted with a 900m trial and gets some nice weight relief with the claim. Solid top three contender. PEE DEE (9) has a good record this track and trip and bounced back to form last time out when a gritty second over 1280m at Muswellbrook on November 3. Will appreciate the 3kg claim from the good draw. Genuine contender. GREAT POINT (10) fitter now and she has solid second up credentials. Will appreciate the extra trip and run on late.
