RACE 1 - MYSTICAL WISDOM (6) is busting to break through. Drops back to a sprinting trip off a 51-day freshen and has Toeroek sticking. Expect him to be hitting his straps now. Bold showing anticipated. LEAVING LAS VEGAS (3) closed off strongly to get within a length of the winner when resuming at Murray Bridge. Is sure to have come on with that run under the belt and gets in well at the weights with leading SA hoop in Milnes claims 2kgs. Big threat. MAPLEWAY (5) chased gamely to just miss the frame on debut at Hamilton. Is another that is sure to have come on with experience and is drawn softly. Can give this a good shake. NOETZIE (7) is a Harry Angel gelding on debut for the Phillip Stokes stable. Shown positive signs at the trials, will just need some luck from the draw. No surprise to see him make a bright start. SHADOW EAGLE (11) carries a fitness edge and has Nunes sticking. Keeping safe.

RACE 2 - Competitive contest. THE GREAT BABY (5) improved last time out when finishing a narrow third at the end of 1200m at this track. Like him dropping back in trip off 35-day break. Sure to be very competitive. LET'S GET DOWN (6) returns and will be looking to pick up straight from where he left off last campaign. Has a first-up win to his name and is drawn softly for Pannell. Major player. SECRET WAR (8) has been racing in great heart of late. Possesses a stack of early speed and will be giving himself every chance again out in front. Could steal it. WOLFLANDS (2) went better than his form reads fresh, warming very nicely to his task late to finish midfield. Can settle closer to the action from the kinder draw and gets help again at the weights with the 3kg claimer engaged. Don't overlook.

RACE 3 - DOLCEMENTE (3) is yet to be tested at this distance but sectionals suggest she will relish it. Unbeaten at this venue and carries a feather on her back with Milnes claiming. Expect her to be more prominent from the draw. Bold showing anticipated. ARUGAMAMA (1) was back at her best last start over a similar trip when scoring a breakthrough success. Full of confidence now and will be tough to stop if similar positive tactics are applied. MONTEPULCIANO (6) is another that hasn't broken through for quite some time but has shown signs of life. Sure to be making a bid in the lane. SOUTHERN STOCK (2) holds genuine claims on best figures and is worth keeping safe in exotics.

RACE 4 - HASSELTOFF (3) made it two wins on the bounce last time out when he scored by a head over 1500m at Gawler. Rises sharply in trip but does boast a success at this journey. Should be hitting his straps fourth-up. THRILL KILL (4) has built nicely into this despite yet to threaten the winner. Yet to miss the placings in three starts over this course and distance. Nearing his peak and is a big threat. PITTSBURGH PIRATE (2) is in top form with three wins on end. Drops back in trip off 48-day break, keeping his legs ticking over with a soft trial. Has a high cruising speed and only needs to holds his form to be very competitive. YURI ROYALE (1) was a determined winner two back on the Parks surface over a similar trip. Not as effective last time when stepping out to 2400m. This suits. NASHO (9) has plenty of early dash and should give a great sight, it's just whether he can run the trip.

RACE 5 - ANOTHERHOUSE (3) only warmed to his task late making good inroads to just miss the frame. Will relish the rise in trip where he is already a course and distance winner. Leading player. FINE FUTURE (1) was well supported when resuming last time out here and proved too strong. Open to plenty of improvement and there's no reason he can't repeat the dose. GLOBAL TURN (9) proved too strong two runs ago at Morphettville Parks. Less impressive last time out when stepping out to 1400m. Drops back to a winning trip a month between runs and can bounce back sharply. EROICA (4) returns and looks a progressive type but may just need the run off long break. STAR SIRIUS (8) next best.

RACE 6 - METRICAL (2) is yet to break through this campaign but is knocking on the door. Should relish stepping out to the mile. Expect him to drift back early again from the draw and be climbing over their backs late. SAN LUCIDO (6) comes through the same race, bettering Metrical by a head. Strips rock-hard fit and has to be taken seriously. STARTS NOW (4) reunites with Jake Toeroek who has two wins when on board and gets the blinkers on first time to sharpen him up. One of the better hopes. FROST YOURSELF (7) narrowly missed making it two on the bounce last start at Kyneton. Brings different form so keeping safe.

RACE 7 - VEXATIOUS DANCER (8) is busting to break through. Has enough early dash to offset the wide alley and is 1/1 over this track and trip. Peaking now fourth-up and is a leading player. MISLUDI (6) was below her best last start on the Parks track but her form prior stacks right up. Doesn't boast a great deal of tactical speed, so could land in a tricky spot from the low draw. Best form has her fighting out the finish. SHADOWFAX (5) booted up from the inside draw to lead last start and went on to score by a neck over this track and trip. Sure to be competitive with the same tactics applied. ROCKTAGON (11) returned with a bang at Murray Bridge. Is another that has to be considered.

RACE 8 - PRESS DOWN (1) was a handy winner here fresh back in September when taking out the LR Wylie Handicap. Went amiss last start at Flemington when contesting the G3 Rising Fast (Chatham) Stakes. Freshened with a 56-day break. Will take some beating if he's back near his best. PRAIRIE FLOWER (11) never looked likely fresh but once again displayed her devastating turn of foot to rattle home and just miss. Track and trip specialist that will keep them worried right to the post. RUBAMOS (2) has built nicely into this and should be hitting his straps third-up. Draws well for Holder and can give this a shake. DUBAI POET (4) returns. Turned in some bold performances last campaign without breaking though. Should land in the A1 for Pannell and isn't without his chance.

RACE 9 - KINETIC JEWEL (6) blinkers on proved the trick last start when knuckling down to get the verdict on the Parks track. Blinkers stay on and so too does the 3kg claimer. Great chance to repeat the dose. VOLCANIC EXPRESS (3) has returned in terrific order. Added another barnstorming victory to his resume last start. Is aided under the big weight with SA leading hooping going aboard and claiming 2kgs. Watch for him rattling home again. MERCHANT BOSS (1) was no match for an impressive winner last start but still tried hard to finish second. Determined winner here two back. Best figures measure up. REFRESHING (7) stuck on gamely to just miss the frame when resuming at Gawler. Better for the hit out and has Holder sticking. Deserves respect.
