This horse will be sharp first-up, needs luck slotting in & if gets a soft first half he will be strong on the way home.

GUNNEDAH

Race 3, No.10 - Yasena

This has drawn a good gate & should put herself on speed & will have a great sight. Has race experience & will be improved from the first-up run, should be hard to beat.

IPSWICH

Race 7, No.4 - Holy Flash

Huge price this horse who has good first-up form, 1350 will be to his liking & if the go hard he can be rounding the race off.

ALICE SPRINGS

Race 5, No.1 - Bahama Bay

This horse is flying & confidence is though the roof should be on speed and be too good.

Race 6, No.2 - Demiquaver

Looks the genuine 1200m horse on the race, she was racing in ultra consistent form before a spell and will strip fitter second up. Maps to lead a couple who are better suited of longer and could well be off and gone on turning for home.

Race 7, No.10 - The Big Freeze

Career peak comes at this track & trip 6 months ago. First time at the mile this prep, the speed map looks kind and I suspect Jade Doyle will look to be positive from the good draw. His last start was clearly the best of his preparation signalling he’s on track to run another big race over the mile next start.

Race 9, No.8 - Our Couver

Fourth-up at peak fitness gets a 7kg weight swing on the fav and a much better map this time around. Some of his best work came early in his career over 1800m at Caulfield as a 3YO in the high pressure G2 Autumn Classic. He hasn’t been back to that trip or beyond since, gets his chance prove his wears at the trip and we get a good price to find out.
