Was spelled straight after his debut run in what looks to be a handy formline beaten 2.7L behind group winner American Eagle. Has trialled up well enough but does have to overcome come a sticky gate.

Race 5 | 2. Prince Pienza

Got home hard first up running second to Yolo who has since won again. Draws pole in this small field, wants this trip and can win.

RANDWICK KENSINGTON

Race 1 | 6. Klocke

Nothing wrong with Klocke despite being beaten first up as a very short priced fav. Bumped into The Machine Gun both times running second, the last being a listed race over this trip. Not only blinkers go on but also J Mac rides for the first time.

Race 2 | 4. Punxsutawney Phil

Hasn’t put a foot wrong in both his starts and showed a good turn of foot last start coming from last in a small field. He should be winning again as there will be good pace on from the get go.

Race 3 | 7. Silky Seth

Has drawn perfectly here with Motty on board, form has been sound and has the hoof on the till.

RANDWICK KENSINGTON

Race 5 | 5. Lightning Glory

This looks to be easier and had a good preparation last time in, he is a very good horse fresh and will be hard to beat here.

GOLD COAST POLY

Race 5 | 9. Archers Reign

Two runs in he has done enough and is drawn to get a sweet run here, this trip is perfect for him, over the odds.

MOUNT GAMBIER

Race 2 | 7. Blue Valentine

Has been competitive in better races and he will make a mess of these.
