Racing fans can once again wake up with the latest carnival insights, form analysis and industry news, with Get On Spring returning across RSN, SENTrack and SENTurf from Friday 9 October.

Hosted by Lizzie Jelfs and Matt Nevett, Get On Spring will deliver a dedicated racing breakfast show throughout October before expanding its coverage across Cup Week, bringing listeners the biggest stories, previews, interviews and analysis from Australia's premier spring racing events.

The program will air from 6am to 8am on Fridays throughout October, before returning for an extended schedule across Melbourne Cup Carnival week. On Melbourne Cup Day (Tuesday 3 November), the show will broadcast for a special three-hour edition from 6am to 9am - including into Melbourne on SEN 1116am.

Supported by Sportsbet, Get On Spring will provide racing enthusiasts and punters with expert opinions, market moves, stable updates and all the key talking points as the Spring Carnival reaches its peak.

Julian Bayard, Director of Sport and Racing at Sports Entertainment Network (SEN), said Get On Spring had quickly become a valuable part of the network’s racing coverage.

"Spring racing generates enormous interest across the country and Get On Spring gives fans a dedicated destination to start their day with the latest news, form and analysis," Bayard said.

"Lizzie and Matt are outstanding broadcasters with a genuine passion for racing, and we're excited to bring listeners comprehensive coverage right throughout the Carnival. From the major race meetings through to Cup Week, the show will connect racing fans with the biggest stories and personalities in the sport."
