RACE 1 - SKY LAND (10) races forward and has missed a whisker this grade his last two. Uses the paint and presents on a quick backup. The one to beat. Stablemate DYSART (1) also draws low and has switched from a Victorian barn on a 26-day return. Was beaten 2L at Geelong his latest and that reads well. GEEGEEHAILSTORM (7) placed at Launceston heavily bet. Will push forward and is in the mix. GEEGEE STRAWBERRY (6) is a lightly-raced improver in the same barn and keeps the handy 2kg claim.

RACE 2 - TOUGH IMPACT (3) is a leader who peaks off three narrow defeats. Will control the race again and deserves to break through. SHE PLAYS GAMES (8) has also been knocking on the door. Did a big job from the back here last time and can sit handier today. Gets another chance. PINANDI (7) resumes for the new barn and has trialled well. Has a handy 3kg claim and is good enough at best. No surprise to see her presented more forward this time around. Newitt goes aboard GEE GEES MOONLITE (4) and she'd been around the mark before the plain run last time. In the mix forgiving that.

RACE 3 - PAGE (2) has been saved for this and presents off a near miss here over this trip. Is back to his best and can go one better. PUNTER (3) led and won that contest quickly back on track. Uses the rail and is sure to give a sight. MONTEZULU (1) won the Maiden and has been close to the two since. Is ready for his first try over a middle distance and will get every chance to run it out.

RACE 4 - TOSEN FAME (8) went close over a mile and then stepped up to this trip beaten 1.3L. Raced forward in that and can do the same today from an inside barrier. Keeps Carr and can go one better. SHAKEEDA (7) was plain two back but the form around that reads well. Has switched yards and has been kept on the fresh side. Has claims. AMERICAN JEWEL (1) will be better third-up and has won over this distance. Gets in well with the 2kg claim and won't be far away. BUEL (3) tries hard and tackles a middle distance for the first time. Has minor claims.

RACE 5 - KALIUWAA FALLS (1) has won and just missed this grade his last two. The former Victorian keeps putting in and is a chance to bounce. AND BEYOND (2) comes out of the same race beaten 1.6L Peaks now and the mile won't bother. In the mix. YARRA MASTER (4) is also fourth up and rates well at best. Tumbles in weight and keep onside.

RACE 6 - GEEGEE JET BY (1) got closer this grade last time and should be ready to show his best. Uses the rail and gets in well with the 3kg claim. Suited in this contest. ETOSHA (2) has on three of his last four and spaced them here this class last time from the front. Has a 3kg claim and is a chance to repeat. GREY WHISPER (6) won the 60 at Launceston as expected and then came here and wasn't far away the same grade. On the quick backup and with the weight relief can get into the finish. WARICA (3) has been around the mark for the same stable and also has claims. Races forward and keeps the handy 3kg claim.

RACE 7 - DAIQUIRI DIVA (9) sits on the limit weight and has been racing well without winning. Raced a $3 equal favourite last time and can enjoy a soft run. Gets her chance in this lineup. BLONDE STAR (4) won the Maiden here by a space as expected and then improved again when beaten 1.3L at Launceston at this level. Has an inside barrier and can keep improving. A live chance. The stablemates LET'S MESSAROUND (3) and LONTANO (2) are both last-start Maiden winners. The former rated the best but they both have upside. CAPTAIN TAZ (1) has claims if he takes his place.

RACE 8 - PRINCESS MATOAKA (6) has been racing well at 68 level and has a 3kg claimer on today. Sits down in the weights and maps for a soft run. Stepping back up to 1400m won't bother and she can go one better. CARTOON GRAVEYARD (1) recorded back-to-back wins and has threatened the two since in Open 4s heavily bet. He's a live chance. Stablemate DANTES (2) brings strong form over a mile. There was only a whisker in it last time and 4 winners have come out of that. Back 200m shouldn't bother but the outside barrier needs managing. RUBBLEONTHEDOUBLE (5) always puts in and is going well enough to consider.

RACE 9 - SAXON MIST (4) has won his last two over this distance and keeps improving. 4 Winners have come out of the latest and keeping the handy 3kg claim she can keep the ball rolling. BRAZEN IMPACT (5) led and turned the form around belting the 62 graders at Launceston by 4L over 1620m. He will run along from the rail and is a chance to repeat. ADACHI (2) has been around the mark and had excuses last time from a wide barrier. Has an inside gate today and has been kept on the fresh side. Consider. RIGOLETTO (1) keeps racing well and the 3kg claim brings him into it.
