RACE 1 - Solid maiden. CRYPTONIC (1) has shown a ton of ability in two starts and will appreciate the kinder draw today. Worked hard from the outside draw and left a sitting duck late when fourth over 1100m here on May 30. Will take running down back to the 1000m. Great chance to get off the mark. WATERSKI (9) promising Godolphin filly who strips fitter for this after resuming with a gritty second over 1000m at this track on May 30. Maps well and looks a race in two. OCTAVIAN TREASURE (5) placed twice from four race starts and fitter now after returning with an even seventh at Scone on May 17. Placed this track and trip and can run into the money. OUR LITTLE STAR (7) kept safe in betting on debut when she gave her all right to the line finishing second over 1000m at Kembla Grange on June 4. Further improved now and stays in the mix.

RACE 2 - PLAZA (3) nice filly improving with racing. Having her third race start here after sitting on the speed when fourth over 1100m at Warwick Farm on June 5. Close to her top now and must be kept safe. STARDEEL (8) two-year-old colt by Dundeel from Alta Stella on debut for the Baker yard. Has shown a ton of speed in his two trials and gets his chance from the good gate. OH DIAMOND LIL (2) three-year-old filly by So You Think out of Rare Diamond on debut for the Pfieffer yard. Has shown ability in a handful of trials and sure to be strong late. HYPERBOLIC (9) two-year-old filly by Proisir out of Piazza on debut for the Widdup stable. Trained on the track and won a recent trial over 1000m at Hawkesbury on June 3. Gets her chance from the inside gate.

RACE 3 - VADISIMO (4) staying type who will take great benefit out of his second race start when sixth over 1400m at Newcastle three-and-a-half weeks ago. Ready for this trip and further now and drawn to get the right run. FIRE ISLAND (5) warmed up nicely on debut when fourth over 1300m at Warwick Farm on June 5. Desperate for the 1500m and can run into the minor money. SWEET PROPOSAL (3) stuck on well third-up when a close third over 1300m at Warwick Farm on June 5. Maps well and gives the indication she's ready for this trip. Go close. SHADOW EXPRESS (6) trained locally and mixing his runs this time in. Go on run three back when assessing his chances. Place prospects best.

RACE 4 - TAKEOVER ARTIST (3) improving gelding who got off the mark at start six with a strong 1.4 len victory over this course and distance on May 30. Claim helps again and finds a fairly weak Class 1. Go close. FIFTH FORCE (2) another progressive gelding who shed his maiden status at start seven when a tough on-pace winner over 1600m at Kembla Grange on June 4. Backs-up quickly and has the speed to get across from the wide gate. TWIN TURBO (4) trained on the track and tired late when returning from a let-up with a plugging second here over 1600m on May 23. Sure to be in this for a long way. VICTORY ROLL (5) shed his maiden status at start five when a tough winner over 1600m at Wagga on May 31. This is much tougher but not without top-four claims.

RACE 5 - MONTY BE QUICK (1) UK import making his Australian debut for the Nathan Doyle yard. Showed ability over the mile last time in and since gelded. Has looked strong in his two 1000m trials and is expected to sprint well fresh in a fairly soft maiden. REIBY PRINCESS (13) fifth-up for this and no excuses from the good draw today. Plugged late when fifth over 1300m here on May 23. Has genuine top-three prospects. NEFERTARI (5) fitter after one run back when fifth over 1000m here on May 30. Steps out to the 1300m for the first time and not to be underestimated. WEBEJAMIN (4) unwanted in betting on debut when a surprise second over 1000m at Goulburn on May 24. Trained on the track and further improved now.

RACE 6 - INQUISITIVE LEGEND (6) at her top now and has had no luck with the barriers this time in. A month between runs when tired late after dictating early to finish fourth over 1300m here on May 23. Tongue-tie goes on and brings the strongest figures here. BIG SHOOTER (4) won well two back before having no luck from the wide gate when sixth over 1300m on May 30. Expecting more today from the good draw. STRUFF (5) resumed from a six month break when ran on late to secure fourth over 1000m here on May 30. Goes just as well second-up and stays in the mix. AMIGOS NO MORE (13) sound return from a lengthy break when a tough second over 1200m at Kembla Grange on May 28. Claim helps again and stays in the calculations.

RACE 7 - O'ZIGGY (3) improving Ace High gelding with the two wins from nine starts. Will relish the drop in grade after sitting on the speed when a gritty fourth over this trip at Randwick on June 8. Gets all the map favours and can return to winning form. WORTH AVENUE (11) fourth-up for this and will find this more to her liking after bumping into FRANKLY ELEGANT when fourth over 1900m at Canterbury on May 29. Expected to play a leading role. GOLDEN PIERRO (6) improved showing at second run back when he sat on the speed for a tenacious third over 1600m at Kembla Grange on May 28. Should take control early and prove hard to run down. GUZUMPED (1) starting to build a nice record and will appreciate the 2kg claim here. Well supported in betting when a barnstorming winner over 1600m at Wyong on June 6. Distance range suits and looks up to this.

RACE 8 - HI DUBAI (1) nice mare resuming after going quickly through her grades last time in. Since fitted with two searching trials and normally comes to hand quickly. The 3kg claim is a bonus and looks one of the leading players.
