RACE 1 - DESERT EDGE (1) couldn't get the job done over this course and distance a fortnight ago when edged out in a photo finish. He draws well again for Chris Parnham and he should be prominent from the outset. Can settle up front and get the job done this time around. MILYEANNUP (6) steps out to this distance for the first time following a 1.3L defeat over the mile at Pinjarra 21 days ago when running on well from the back. Brad Parnham hopping in the saddle is a good sign and if she can run out the distance, she'll take plenty of beating. SHE'S RESOLUTE (8) rises to this trip sharply and is on the 8-day backup. She wasn't far away at Belmont most recently and the booking of CJP suggests she's ready to fire now. She has plenty of upside and can notch up her maiden win without surprising. SHIVERINO (3) wasn't far away here last start in his second run back from a long spell. Fitter again now and is not to be discounted.

RACE 2 - PRIZED JEWEL (8) comes into this third-up and stepping out to the mile won't be an issue as she ran it out strongly when third-up in her debut campaign. CJP hops in the saddle now and he can be a little closer than he was last time out. Looks an improver and she can bring up her maiden victory in this suitable event. ABISSI (4) went under as a heavy favourite two back before bumping into the Guineas-placed Petrouchka most recently. That form reads extremely well now and Parnham remaining in the saddle is a positive sign. Can go one better. TROOPER PHOENIX (3) wasn't beaten far at Belmont last week over 1700m and that effort holds him in good stead in this field. The inside draw is a big tick and if he can run up to what he produced last start, he'll take beating. CHINO LA DIVA (9) may need some luck from the wide draw but he won't be far away if she gets it. COVENTRY REEF (1) has had a few goes now but is usually around the mark. Not to be discounted.

RACE 3 - VENTURO (1) gets the blinkers on again today third-up into the campaign after a solid effort at Bunbury last start, running on to be beaten 2.5L. The slight rise in trip should help and this is a much easier race than he went around in last start. Can get the job done if he runs up to his most recent effort. PIRATE'S ALLEY (2) jumped favourite at Pinjarra prior to the spell and was disappointing. He'll be fitter for two quiet trials coming back today and the booking of CJP suggests they mean business. May get back from the draw but with improvement likely, he's sure to go close. SAFARI BOY (4) hasn't been far away in tougher races his past couple, not being disgraced when 25-1 most recently. This looks a much better race for him and it wouldn't surprise to see him closer at the finish. IMPENDING FEATURE (12) is better than she's shown thus far and getting out in trip may hold the key. Include.

RACE 4 - TRA LA LA (9) ended last campaign with a 2.5L defeat at Bunbury, but the form out of that race was superb and she looks to have come back in good order judging by her recent trial. Chris Parnham hops in the saddle again and with improvement likely, she can return a winner. RULESQUE (7) has been very impressive at the trials this time in and will be fitter for those efforts at Lark Hill. CJP has been on board for all his trials this time in and remains in the saddle for his debut. Some of the exposed form is iffy, and that leaves the door right open for a horse like him to make an immediate impression. KRAKEN TIME (3) missed as favourite at Belmont 99 days ago and resumes today off a let up. He draws to be a touch closer than he was last campaign and his SP's from last campaign suggests there's improvement to come. Won't be far away. RIVERSHAW (6) won a recent trial with Campbell in the saddle and is not to be discounted.

RACE 5 - THE GREAT HOYA (5) wasn't far away at Bunbury last start when 1.9L off the winner. Close to his best there and he draws a much better gate this time around. Brad Parnham won't have to do too much early work, and if he can build on his latest effort, he can get back to winning ways. STORM COMMANDER (1) is a consistent galloper who hasn't been far away for much of his campaign. He was just 1.8L off the winner over 1000m here last start and the slight rise in trip shouldn't be an issue. Drawn to get every chance under Fiore and he's sure to make his presence felt. CAPRE OMNIA (2) got the job done in heavy conditions two back, before a disappointing effort last time out. This appears an easier race and he is a winner at this trip previously. Should be in the finish if he runs up to recent efforts. BONNIE LAD (3) has trialled well in readiness for his resumption today and can make his presence felt.

RACE 6 - FIRST LAW (8) wasn't far away when 1.8L off the winner most recently. That was over 1400m here and he drops right back in trip for today's assignment. He remains at the bottom of the weights and his sprinting form prior to last start is quite good. Drawn well and can return to winning form. MILITARY POWER (6) held them off as favourite last start to get the job done over 1000m here a fortnight ago. The slight rise in distance won't be an issue and he has the speed to get across from out wide. Won't be far away if he runs up to his most recent effort. EEVALINA (2) won well two back before a solid effort in tougher company to end last campaign at Ascot. Her recent trial coming into this was solid and Fiore has had success when riding previously. Can make her presence felt. BORN TO TALK (1) brings the best form into the race, though that was over a year ago now. Nice trial coming in suggests he may be able to threaten first-up. MOCHA DREAM (4) is sure to be flashing home.

RACE 7 - IDYLLIC RULER (2) has run on well from a long way back in his past couple and now draws a much better barrier today. His run at this track and trip last start was solid and the 1.5kg claim of Gaerth comes in handy. Can be closer today than he has been recently and land the knockout punch. COSMIC CHAOS (1) was far too good at Pinjarra (S) last start when scoring by 1.3L over 1800m. Back a furlong today which is the niggle, but he'll be in a good position in the run and he won't be far away if he can run up to recent efforts. ROCK DEE JAY (6) is on the quick turnaround following a 1L defeat at Pinjarra last time out. He hasn't won for a long time, but he looks to have his hoof on the till and the senior jock hopping on board is a tick. Can make his presence felt again. HUGHBERT (9) is better than he showed last time out and looks an improver.

RACE 8 - DON'T TRUST JUDAS (5) just missed over this course and distance a fortnight ago and his figures suggest there's still more to come from him. Now third-up, he can improve further in his ratings and if he can do that, he'll be going one better this time out. IMPOSSIBLE DREAM (10) ran over the top to score over 1100m last start at this track. She rises to 1400m for just the second time, but the booking of Parnham suggests it won't be an issue. Drawn nicely and can repeat the dose. PRINCE I THINK (6) was slow to recover when disappointing as favourite at Bunbury 15 days ago in what is an effort worth forgetting. His form prior was great, winning at this track two starts back. Can return to form. COVERT ROSE (8) only had the one run last campaign before going for a spell again. Trials this time in have been fair, but if she's fit and ready to go, she'll be in the finish.
