The half-sister to Makybe Diva (Desert King) La Amistad followed her easy win at her fourth start in a Maiden Handicap (2200m) at Ballarat on 10 October with another impressive win here. She was eased to race in last place in the eight-horse field. She remained in last spot to the 600m, angled for a split between runners on straightening, got clear at the 200m and then then raced clear. She was eased down nearing the post for a very easy win, scoring by just over two lengths. She is a late-maturing stayer with quite a future. *ANZ
