Rich Enuff Bendigo Guineas (LR)
Silent Sedition jumped well from barrier eight but was three off the fence after they travelled 200m. She was allowed to drift a shade and slid into a nice trail, one out and three back in fifth as they started the bend. Just before the home straight she edged forward to camp in behind the leaders then into the straight threw out her challenge (wide) along with many others in a wall of runners across the track. She wound up strongly and passing the 200m looked to put the race away and at the 100m had a clear advantage which she held well to the post. Amadeus held fourth (on Silent Sedition’s inner) around the bend, moved up just behind the leader turning in and waited for a split which presented itself before the 300m. He grabbed the lead briefly only to be passed by the winner, holding on well for second to the line. Odyssey Moon sat second around the bend and turning in, briefly lead the wall across the track then appeared to be beaten only to get going again over the final 100m to grab third.
