Brisbane’s summer of sport is ramping up with Brisbane’s Road to Magic Millions ready to deliver seven action packed days of elite racing and festive celebrations.
Brisbane Racing Club’s summer carnival is for the celebrators and the celebrated, where racegoers will revel in first-class hospitality alongside prestigious black-type racing.
With sixteen black-type races, key Magic Millions Raceday qualifiers, and a coveted 2026 Stradbroke Handicap slot up for grabs, the six-week program promises an exhilarating atmosphere.
The action kicked off with Tattersall’s Classic Raceday at Doomben on Saturday 29 November, where jockey Ryan Maloney rode four winners including in both of the day’s Listed races: the Eureka Stud Tattersall’s Classic, and the Tattersall’s Recognition Stakes.
The excitement continues Saturday 6 December at Cricks Highway Country Finals Raceday, where bush gallopers and seasoned sprinters will charge into Doomben chasing summer riches.
The prestigious Group 3 Ladbrokes George Moore Stakes headlines the card’s trio of black-type races alongside the Listed Cricks Highway Phelan Ready and Listed Widden Stud Mode Stakes.
The high-stakes finals for the Cricks Highway Country Cups Challenge and XXXX Country Stampede round out an exciting day of racing, before country music artist, Will Day, performs live for racegoers after the last.
