RACE 1 - 12:17PM Sportsbet Adelaide Cup Day Monday 9 March Handicap (1250 METRES)
HIGH ON SUGAR was a Gawler winner back on December 13 and freshened before he made ground beaten 1.99 lengths behind The Stalker on the outer track last time. He gets the inside gate. SCANDALIZE was a good Murray Bridge winner first-up from a spell coming off the speed to defeat Acapella Moon, he draws out but has a handy record and looks to have come back very well. VOLTAGE PONT comes through that race beaten 5.23 lengths and should run well from the good gate with the help of a claim. ALL SHOT was good last time making good ground behind Daisydoo at Gawler and comes out of a midweek race in preference to this.

RACE 2 - 12:52PM Fleurieu Milk Company Handicap (2250 METRES)
MOZU MARCASSIN was just behind the placegetters at Sandown before being beaten 1.5 lengths in 2nd at Cranbourne in BM66 grade. He draws out but that looks good form for a race like this. CLASSY CLARET was back to winning form when a 1.98 length winner over Thinkingninetynine at Murray Bridge last time. He’s a progressive stayer who can continue to improve despite a sticky barrier. COORONG TYCOON was runner-up behind Full Of Courage in a BM66 at Murray Bridge before being beaten 5.36 lengths in the Strathalbyn Cup which has proven a solid form reference. Campbell Rawiller jumps on from the wide gate. SMOTHER has been placed twice since winning his Gawler maiden on December 13 and was narrowly beaten on the outer track last time by BACK ME UP BENNY who was a $20 chance and faces a sticky wide gate. SAVSONIC was back to winning form at Strathalbyn last time out beating Shadow Hawk and draws well. DOLCEMENTE was placed at Murray Bridge two runs back and draws a nice barrier. HOLLY’S STAR is another Victorian who was 2nd beaten 4 lengths at Cranbourne on January 17.

RACE 3 - 1:27PM Sportsbet Feed Handicap (1250 METRES)
BASSETT BABE was impressive on debut, justifying her short price to score a 6.29 length win over Sicillian Princess at Gawler. She’s a filly with a bit of hype and is being targeted towards some better races and should take plenty of beating. BRENLYN’S LEGACY is a Wangaratta galloper who has won his past four, the latest at Wagga on January 11, and has won a trial since. BOOTLEGGER was a winner here back on November 15 and has the two trials under his belt. He draws the inside and should be right in the mix. MOSTLY FOR SHOW resumed in the Rebel Raider Final and was then beaten 1.85 lengths at Ballarat. He was OK without being knocked around in a recent trial. SAFE BET was runner-up behind Light The Night last time out and is progressing well. DAMPEN got back when beaten 2.13 lengths in 9th in that race and was good running 2nd behind Violet Lovebug, who has won since, at Gawler prior.

RACE 4 - 2:02PM Quayclean Maiden Plate (1000 METRES)
RAMASIS is on debut for Travis Doudle and has won three jumps-outs leading into his debut. He draws the inside and should give this a shake. BARDIGRUB has been runner-up at her past two, the latest at Murray Bridge behind Oie De Toulouse on January 10. Stablemate SICILIAN PRINCESS was beaten 6.29 lengths behind Bassett Babe at Gawler last time. RATHLIN EXPRESS is bursting to win a race finishing 2nd at his past two, the latest making ground beaten 0.45 lengths behind Gazz on the outer track last week. Stablemate ZOU DOLL resumes and she was placed in a recent Caulfield trial. THIS IS THE DAY is on debut for Ros Day and has been placed in three trials the latest at Murray Bridge on February 5. TOTAL LOVE debuts for Matt Seyers and won a Murray Bridge jump-out on January 29. WORD GAME debuts for Sarah Rutten and won a Murray Bridge jump-out before running 2nd in a recent trial there. I AM THE TIGER debuts for the Bain/Taylor stable and won a recent Murray Bridge trial, BRAND HER BOLD was 3rd in that hit-out and debuts for the Clarken stable. MINATO ran well as a $26 chance when beaten 0.9 lengths behind Lady Kalila at Gawler last time.

RACE 5 - 2:37PM Thomas Farms Handicap (1250 METRES)
AUTUMN FROST was good running 4th behind World’s My Oyster on the outer track on December 27 and then sent out a $3.10 favourite when beaten 0.85 lengths in 2nd behind Percidian at Gawler. He draws a gate, is a winner at his only start here and gets his chance. YOU’RESOGOLDEN was an impressive Oakbank winner in maiden grade before he led them up and was beaten 1.42 lengths in 5th behind Light The Night on the outer track on January 31. He draws out but should be in the mix again. BIG BRUTE was back to winning form last time leading throughout at Strathalbyn over 1200m, he draws the middle and his best is certainly good enough for a race like this. NEVER SURRENDER was beaten 0.56 lengths behind Smashing Action at Gawler and draws to get a perfect run here. Stablemate TOUGH TALK comes off a solid 1.5 length Class 1 win at Strathalbyn and also draws to get a gun run. ACAPELLA MOON is close to winning and was good when beaten 0.38 lengths behind Scandalize at Murray Bridge last time. GRINZINGER POD brings OK Victorian form here and gets the blinkers for the first time.

RACE 6 - 3:12PM Sportsbet Same Race Multi Handicap (1000 METRES)
MINTULEE is a three-time winner here, the latest on November 29, beating Bristler and then beat home all but an in-form Mic Drop. She was beaten 7.12 lengths behind Declared at Murray Bridge last time, gets in well after the claim and looks perfectly placed. NEXTONIXS resumes and has won two of three here on the Parks track, the latest back on August 16 beating Kalasec and she has jumped out well for his return from an inside gate. BEEN OUR ANGEL carried weight to win on the outer track back on December 12 and again winning at Oakbank two runs back before he led and was beaten 2.26 lengths behind Mic Drop on the outer track last time. He draws a gate and will be in this for a long way. GOLD SPIRIT was good first-up from a spell when beaten 1.14 lengths in 4th behind Mic Drop. He’s got some upside and draws out. SHARENDIPITY was placed here on September 8 and just behind the placegetters running 4th behind Thunder Shoc before a break. Her jump-outs have been solid. LUNAR MODULE is a watch first-up in SA for Stephen Theodore and has won four, and placed in six, of 19 starts. LADY KALILA was a Gawler maiden winner on debut and must be respected from a good gate.

RACE 7 - 3:52PM Canadian Club Handicap (1000 METRES)
PATH TO PROFIT is a former Victorian who won a Mornington maiden on November 27 and was OK last time at Sandown. She ran 2nd in a recent Strathalbyn jump-out behind Thunder Shoc, who has won since, and she should give a race like this a shake. NO OVERTAKING won a Swan Hill maiden on August 24 and is fitter for three runs back and Jason Holder rides from the middle gate. BABAYKA is racing well beaten 2.41 lengths in 4th behind Skipjack on the outer track on December 27 before he was beaten 1.33 lengths behind Mic Drop there on January 31 as a $41 chance. He draws the inside. GATSBY CROWN comes off a 2.57 length Mount Gambier win beating Bel Hotesse who has won since and has been specked at a good price. FLIRT won an Oakbank maiden on December 19 and has been freshened since she was beaten 3.08 lengths there in 5th behind Reoffer on January 9. JAHANGIR is a watch first-up for the Jolly/Potter stable and had seven jump-outs before his debut, he won consecutive race early last year and did win a recent Murray Bridge trial. EFFUSIV comes off a Murray Bridge win beating ÉCLAIR VITALITY. I AM PIKI is fitter for two runs back beaten 4.38 length in 10th behind Mic Drop on the outer track last time. NOSTRYIA has a handy record around here but would need to lift on her first-up effort beaten 8.3 lengths behind Daisydoo on the outer track last week.

RACE 8 - 4:32PM Sportsbet Get On Extra Handicap (1550 METRES)
BROWN NOSE DAY GIRL is chasing three wins in succession and was too good for Magic Princess at Oakbank and then defeated Elliotto by 1.31 lengths last time. She draws a sticky gate but looks well placed again. IRREFUTABLY was OK first-up in SA beaten 4.08 lengths in 9th behind Cielao on the outer track. She’ll need some luck from the gate but should be right in the mix. ANDREW’S MEMORY was a Strathalbyn winner before being beaten 2.31 lengths in 3rd behind Streetcar Apollo last time. He draws well and gets some weight relief. THE BACK PAGE made good ground beaten 2.57 lengths in that race but faces wide gate. TRANTORO comes through that race beaten 2.46 lengths in 4th and was a winner here prior beating SEE YOU LATER BABY. MAGIC PRINCESS was an Oakbank winner on January 9 and then beaten 1.9 lengths in 6th behind Magic Princess there last time. FOLLOWING SEA resumes and has trialled OK but draws wide.

Victorian BEWITCHERY has a handy record and was back to winning form at Pakenham last time leading throughout in a BM62. She draws the middle and looks well placed here. BURNING BRIGHT was very good first-up from a break over the 1200m beaten 0.88 lengths behind The Stalker on the outer track. The jump to 1400m looks ideal and she’s been specked at big odds. VEXATIOUS DANCER continues to race week and was beaten 1.27 lengths in 4th behind Mic Drop on the outer track last week. She’s had a long preparation but should be in this for a long way. STREETCAR APOLLO was very good behind Major Rumble first-up and then led throughout for a 2.01 length win over Stokomo at Strathalbyn last time. He draws out but looks to have come back in great shape. ZEBELLA was good late beaten 3.21 lengths behind The Stalker on the outer track on Jan 31. She has a good record around the Parks track. PODARGONI is a winner here and was a $3.40 favourite last time when beaten 5.02 length in 8th behind Yam at Wangaratta, she has jumped out well since. TEXAN WINDSTORM was good when beaten 1.9 lengths in 2nd behind Cielao. ANNIHILATE ran well in the same race, beaten 2.02 lengths in 3rd. TAPINFORPAR was a Gawler winner beating Angle Torque and then good again when beaten 2.23 lengths in 5th behind Cielao on the outer track.
