The Chris Waller-trained filly Egg Tart is a very promising staying filly, winning all three starts this preparation and is now the winner of four of her only six starts. She settled well in seventh place on the rails, angled into clear running on turning for home, came with a strong run to take the lead at the 200m and then raced away to win easily
