PAKENHAM - Race 4 No.7 - BIANCELLI - Another who didn't really quicken on the bend around tight Cranbourne track latest but she charged late when balanced-up and first three gapped 4th. Fitter? In well relative weights and yes bigger track!

BET OF THE DAY (Sydney)

RANDWICK - Race 6 No.9 - ROTAGILLA - Promising! Beat good one in Meridiana latest on dry and do think he is length better wetter if this rain has come. Gets weight relief up to BM88 class here.

BEST VALUE BET OF THE DAY

PAKENHAM - Race 6 No.4 - ELECTRIC IMPULSE - In wrong spot fresh and did enough. 5-weeks off into Ballarat and got lost in total on-pace race. She made late ground. Now backs-up, 3rd-up, to 1600m and can sit up closer. Overs, $15?

Ingham Stakes analysis

Race 8 - G2 Ingham - 1600m

1 - 20 - SABAJ - Hopelessly held-up fresh then flew home before two excellent wins. Drawn wide so pattern? Handles any track. Measures up I fancy!

2 - 1 - GRINGOTTS - Such a good horse and proven weight carrier! Gong win was all honours him with 61kg as he never made it anywhere near the best part of the track, yet beat them anyway! Also draws wide.

3 - 13 - YORKSHIRE - Cardiac arrhythmia fresh. Led/ran bout but kept going too well in G3 Festival. Won well his one go 1600m. Goes in everything with 53kg.

4 - 7 - ARCTIC GLAMOUR - Looked a G1 horse as a 3yo filly then lost her way. She’s back this prep! Won Hot Danish fresh then zoomed late to just miss Yorkshire in Festival. Handles Soft ground, any worse and I’d be nervous. Wants 1600m now to my eye.

5 - 3 - ESTADIO MESTALLA - Just missed Gringotts in Gong when out wider (won his side clearly) and draws better than key rivals here. Has a case.
