Cam Luke & Campbell Brown have your Friday sorted on Trackside.

The lads have taken a close look at Gosford, Gatton, Ballina & Oakbank in a bid to find the family some winners.

See their best bets below:👇

Cam Luke

GOSFORD

Race 1 | 3. So You Ready

Has won at this track and distance before and in a race that is pretty skinny, this bloke feels ready to do it again 4th up! He is drawn lovely to sit box seat and stalk the speed. JF will need a smidge of luck as he likes to get rolling but with Call Me Son and Interim Order there will be enough speed for his liking and the race will open up. He wasn't far off last start over this trip and that form reads well enough for this! Toe in the ground would be a positive and the visors going on cant hurt him.

Race 2 | 6. Extraglow

This girl absolutely flies early. Her gate speed will ensure she hits the ground running and be away. Has trialled up a treat and that’s all a horse can do in readiness for race one. In this decent maiden $2.50 feels about right and shorter would makes me nervous but she has done everything right to suggest she has huge talent.

GATTON

Race 5 | 3. Luconi

I thought this bloke wasn't too bad last start and I think this race again from the inside gate sets up just a little easier as well. I'm not reading too much into the good track all the 1600m metres of form which doesn't read overly flash but a lot of those races have been way tougher than this. This race isn't tripping in cream and if he can park just off the speed on the fence in the box seat, he'll be very hard to beat late.

Race 6 | 4. Miss Zermatt (each-way)

This girl is the classiest girl in the race but has been a smidge disappointing of late. She's drawn really well with the claim back in distance to control the race in front. The good track is a big win and she has been going around in tougher races than nice which might explain some of the frustration with her form. DoitlikeMaxwell deserves favouritism coming out of good races as well and will go forward and stalk but hopefully the claiming jock can find the length of two at the top of the straight and back to the 1100m this girl can tough it out

BALLINA

Race 4 | 5. Espada Ropera (each-way)

Resumes today after two OK trials without being asked to do that much but I do like the good track for this bloke. Was better on the syntho on debut In so I think the firmer track will work. Jaune OK to have a nice run in transit so as long as he gets a backside he will get his chance. I think he's a 1400m to 1600m metre horse so this distance today as a kickoff is nice and I think he's over the odds in a race that lacks depth.

Race 5 | 5. Poseidon's Son

This bloke absolutely flies first up and in the new stable and after three trials I expect no different today. The gate is perfect as will hit the ground running and should be able to find the fence. Finally enough he has never been over 1000m before but with his style and the way he will run today I don't expect it to be a problem. The favourite also likes to go forward but today from a tricky gate luck will need to be in essence hence I'm with Poseidon's Son.

Race 6 | 3. Mad Ana

Was pretty good last start in a tougher race and I expect will go forward and stalk the speed like last start! This is a similar setup and depth of rice then a few starts back at this track where she was really good in saluting. The firm track is perfect, the 2kg claim has her with a winnable weight ,the little bit back in trip wont hurt so if she produces what she did last start she will be too good.

OAKBANK

Race 2 | 10. Orlova

I'm taking the favourite on here as I'm starting to believe it is a non winner. This girl was way better second up in her first prep at 1400 metres and this is an easier race in both that race and the one she contested resuming last start. Not carrying much weight after the claim, being on speed at Oakbank is an advantage and she will be and outside of the fave I mentioned who has trouble winning this race has no depth. All that adds up to this girl winning this race!

Campbell Brown

GOSFORD

Race 3 | 8. Oakfield Universe

Tried hard first up but well beaten into second. Aaron Bullock jumps back onboard, drawn nicely and can drive through and hold the fence from the favourite, who's only having career start number two. $3.60 is a bet.

GATTON

Race 4 | 9. Truck Stop Honey

Barrier one gives jockey options. I think lands in box seat and should find this easier than last start. Weak race with only a couple of chances. Should be winning $2.90.

BALLINA

Race 3 | 7. Call To Courage

Edmonds runner who won well last start. Jumped lead and kicked away, I'm expecting similar tactics today in this small field $3.50.

OAKBANK

Race 1 | 7. Debralee

Debuted in town in October, so stable clearly had an opinion of her. That was over a year ago. Back today with a trial win. Has some class but big drifter in market. $3.70.
