Pretty consistent horse having placed eight times in 16 starts. Likes the sting out of the ground and with the 3kg claim gets in light. No excuses today. $4.60.

On quick back up, was good last start on speed sticking to task over 1200m. Drop back to 1000m suits, drawn well and will take catching $2.50.

QUEANBEYAN

Race 3 | 2. Justifiably

Good win last start track/trip. Small field with no speed Pierre can control things up front and will be hard to beat. $2.40.

Race 4 | 4. Celtic Park

$3.90 this horse will be better for his first day at the races and the step up in trip on a big track looks ideal, Flash Gordon is a very good hoop and he will give this a great spin.

TAREE

Race 6 | 7. Villa Castina

$2.60 is at her right trip and has shown that she has the hoof on the till at two runs in, looks a strong hope.

TOWNSVILLE

Race 6 | 6. Cifonelli

$8.50 is the value today and has been thereabouts at recent runs, if he gets a sweet run and luck on the way home he can be winning.

QUEANBEYAN

Race 7 | 6. Curley Bend

$6 Curley will be improved from the first up run and looks to map well here, Pierre will be the pilot for this mare and she can be winning.
