Wilmot had just 19 touches and three rebound 50s in last weekend's loss to the Swans after 15 disposals and two rebound 50s against Collingwood in Round 24.

On SEN Breakfast, Champion Data’s Corey Mobilio reported that the defender has slightly dropped his form in the back-end of the season.

“With Brisbane, I think one player who probably needs to get going (is Darcy Wilmot),” said Mobilio.

“If you look at him after Round 19, he was a top 60 rated player in the competition (but) since Round 20, he rates outside the top 250.

“He's one who's just come off the scent a little bit in the back half of the season.

“If you look at his last six games, he's been a top 20 rated player on the ground once. He's averaged 280 metres gained in this period of time.”

On Saturday, the Lions will face the Crows in their Semi-Final clash and face the potential of exiting the finals in straight sets.

Despite Wilmot’s form not being like it was earlier this season, Mobilio admitted he expects a “big” performance from the defender, who will potentially line up against Crows forward Josh Rachele.

“He could be tasked with the Josh Rachele match-up (and) his finals form has actually been quite good in the past,” stated Mobilio.

“I think he's primed for a big performance.”

Brisbane and Adelaide will face off at 7:35pm at the Gabba on Saturday night.
