The 2026 Golden Slipper winner from the autumn, Guest House, has been spelled for the rest of the spring.

Co-trainer’s Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr confirmed that the colt has sustained a soft tissue injury to his near-hind hamstring.

This injury was sustained during trackwork on Saturday morning, and the decision has since been made to spell the three-year-old.

Guest House has now been removed from all Everest futures markets and will return for the autumn.
