Following her scintillating win in the Everest, Tempted is now set to make her debut at Flemington.

The Ciaron Maher trained mare will take her place in the $3 million Champions Sprint at headquarters on the final day of the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

14 of the superstar’s 15 runs have been in Sydney - she ran in the 2025 Blue Diamond at Caulfield in her third start - and she will now get the opportunity to truly show the Victorian racing faithful how talented she is.

“I think she does, yes,” he said.

“We are keen to give her a look down the straight. She has handled most things so far.

“She is in good form, so looking forward to that.”

Tempted is the short, priced favourite in the Group 1 Champions Sprint over 1200m at Flemington quoted at $1.70 with Sportsbet.
