By SENTrack

David Taggart & Cam Luke have your Wednesday sorted on Trackside.

The lads have taken a close look at Sandown & Warwick Farm in a bid to find the family some winners.

See their best bets below:👇

Cam Luke

SANDOWN

Race 5 | 9. Aeolian

Her runs this prep haven't been as bad as they might look on paper. She was really good two back and the gate gave her no favours last start. This is a easier and the step up to the 2400m is a tick. She is well weighted and drawn nicely for a lovely run in transit. Stable is flying as per and I do believe her owner gave her a decent push this morning on SEN Westminster. I think we will see the best of her in a race of this class and it will be enough to break the Aussie maiden.

Race 7 | 13. Street Lark

Been up for a while but is rock hard fit and with a little luck either of her last two, he wins. Can roll forward from the gate and try and take luck out of the equation. 1st time in a while to 1800m but feels ready for it. Expect her to be grinding deep late and be hard to hold out. Open race with a few in the question but she is a massive chance.

Race 8 | 9. Veyepee

Was so good on debut jumping and leading, was really good winning against the older horses second up and then was gutsy in the wrong part of the track in a race that the form has held up big time. I call that a pretty nice first prep. Has had time to strengthen up, has trialled well and from the inside draw, Blake Shinn will be do no work to control. I also think he will enjoy Sandown and is my best of the day!

WARWICK FARM

Race 4 | 6. Flying From Above

Is in career-best form and gets an opportunity today dropping back from a really good 1900m race back to the mile and that's a tick. Perfectly drawn to be on speed and use the Jett Newman claim I expect this horse to control the race. A dry track is another positive and if he gets his way like the speed map suggests he's going to be very hard to beat and he's way over the odds at his current price of $10.

Race 5 | 7. Kakadu Sunset (each-way)

Resumed pretty nicely (which she usually does) but gets an identical run today from another good gate. Felt like she was looking for the 1400 and gets it here. Blinkers on worked 1st up and again today will be a benefit. Was very close to getting it done last start and a similar effort (no reason to find why it won't happen) and she will be deep in the finish. Way over the odds at $13.

Race 7 | 7. Manukau

Was really good late resuming in a better race than this in exact track and distance. There is enough speed on which is lucky because she will get back but if she gets some cover Tim Clark will be able to suck up behind them. She goes really well second up, a soft drying track is perfect for her and even though I would have liked her at 1100 second up I think she's the classiest horse in the race, race fitness will help her improve that'll getthe job done.

David Taggart

SANDOWN

Race 4 | 8. Dirty Look

Resumes and she is just into her second prep. Defeated a handy maiden here in just her second start then bumped into the talent Gold Coast Belle in her next run beaten 2.5 lengths. Trials have been good and she looks above average.

WARWICK FARM

Race 1 | 8. Saffron Veil

Was good on debut and another stride she picks up Blessed Eagle. The 1200 suits her better and she will stalk the fav everywhere she goes.

Race 6 | 2. Monte Veebee (value)

Was good first-up and he just doesn’t know how to run a bad race. Second-up form is good without winning and he will appreciate stepping up to this trip. Looks a great each-way play.
